  • Silent auction, special guest speaker, live auction, DJ and dancing

  • We're raising funds for the reimagined Artisan Courtyard!

Live and Silent Auction:

  • Do you have something to donate to the school for the auction?? A stay at your vacation home? Signed sports memorabilia? A vintage VW bus??

  • Do you know someone who would donate an item or a gift certificate for a service??

  • Partner up with a friend and create a themed gift basket.

Business Sponsorships:

  • Do you own a business that would like to sponsor our Gala?

  • Do you know someone who owns a business who you are willing to ask to become a sponsor??

Returning this year: Family Experiences and Events!!

This is a category in the 2024 Gala auction where parents and families can participate by hosting unique events and contributing to the school community.

Here's how it works:

Parents design an event, host and cover the expenses.

  • Choose a theme, activity, and target audience (adults, students, families).

  • Decide on the location, date, time, number of attendees, and estimated cost per ticket.

  • Submit event details here Provide a description, photos (optional), grade range (if applicable), and suggested price per ticket (whether it's per person, couple, or family).

  • Ticket sales: The school will sell tickets to your event during the Gala.

Host the event: Welcome the ticket purchasers and enjoy the experience you created! The money raised from ticket sales goes to the school. You don't have to collect any funds; it all goes through the silent auction site.

Remember:

  • You can team up with other parents to co-host an event.

  • You arrange all the details and cover the expenses of the event.

  • Event dates can be flexible, ranging from April 2024 to March 2025.

  • The school will send reminders to ticket holders closer to your event date.

This is a fun and creative way to contribute to the school community while creating lasting memories. If you have an interesting idea for an event, consider participating in this exciting fundraising category!

Ideas for events: Happy Hour, Progressive Dinner, Yoga Class, Movie Night, Tea with the Teacher, Learn to Paint/knit/play guitar, Murder Mystery, 80's Bike Crawl, Whiskey Tasting. Get Creative!!!
